Seven day workshops on Astanga Hrdaya
AVPRF has developed and impelemented the unique seven day intense workshops to facilitate effective text based learning of Ayurveda. These workshops are based on the principle of reading, understanding and practice of the text as elucidated in the Astanga Hrdaya Samhita. The workshops present Ayurveda in a sequence of topics with relevant practical sessions that is in tune with the traditional methods of learning. Every year four such workshops covering four sections of the text Astanga Hrdaya are being conducted. These workshops enable the students of Ayurveda to get proper insights into the teachings of Ayurveda and to become confident physicians. Students are actively engaged for twelve hours in a day for a week during these workshops. For more details on the Saptaha Workshops, please visit http://saptaha.avpresearch.org
